Builds the standard refresh-grant fields every provider shares.
Both providers speak the standard OAuth refresh_token grant: the
client identity, the stored refresh token, and the client secret when
one is configured (AniList's grant requires it and the lifecycle only
activates with it; MAL's is optional and the key is omitted entirely
when absent).
Parameters
clientId: string
The application client ID.
clientSecret: string|undefined
The application secret, when the grant uses one.
refreshToken: string
The stored refresh token exchanged for new access tokens.
