MalUserGetParams is the params object of the public user-profile read.
It contains the username path parameter for GET /users/{user_name}.
MalUserOperation.get and MyAnimeListUserApi.get accept this object as
params, followed by optional options. MyAnimeList only documents @me
for this endpoint. The username check accepts @me without regard to
case or surrounding whitespace, matching the user-list reads.
