    Interface PaginationDefaults

    Per-provider resolution defaults for resolvePaginationOptions: the caps and fallbacks a provider's traversals resolve their numeric options against, plus the public naming shape ("page" reads perPage/startPage/maxPages, "chunk" reads perChunk/startChunk/maxChunks) so a validation error names the option the caller passed.
