    TokenRefreshProvider:

    The provider identity a refresh coordinator reports under: the hook name its grant failures are attributed to and the label interpolated into the refresh-failure message. A discriminated union so the two fields cannot drift apart: "AniList" with "malTokenRefresh" does not compile.
