    Interface PaginationOptionsInput

    The caller-supplied pagination option values resolvePaginationOptions reads: the numeric and diagnostics fields of the providers' public option interfaces (PaginateOptions, ChunkPaginateOptions, MalPaginateOptions) in one structural shape, so every public options type is assignable without the engine importing provider types. Both naming shapes, perPage/startPage/maxPages and perChunk/startChunk/maxChunks, are carried; the PaginationDefaults.naming discriminator selects which to read.

    1-based chunk number to start from (the chunk naming shape).

    1-based page number to start from (the page naming shape).
